This notice explains what Alokozay Trucking Solutions (ATS Fleet) does with the details you send through the contact form on this website. In short: we use them only to reply to you, we keep them safe, and we never sell them.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name, and your phone number and/or email address;
• your company, if you add one;
• what you need help with, the best time to call you, and your message.

To stop spam and abuse we also keep the type of browser you used, the page you sent the form from, and a scrambled code made from your internet address. The code lets us limit how many messages one place can send; it cannot be turned back into your address.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are a person and not a robot. Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

Only to answer your message and follow up on it, for example to call you back at the time you picked, and to keep this form free of spam. We do not use your details for advertising, and we never sell or share them for marketing.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Your message is stored in our secure, access-controlled database (provided by Supabase, in the United States). Only our office team can see it, after signing in with a password and a second security code. A copy is emailed to our office inbox, info@atsfleet.net, so we see it quickly.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. Messages that are spam are deleted sooner.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use analytics tools that follow you around the web.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@atsfleet.net and we will reply.
